Helpnet-list is an E-mail discussion list, or "listserv," open to Maine individuals and organizations which are working for social change. We use the list as an easy way to communicate our questions, answers and opinions about making technology work for us. If you feel you fit this description, and think that being part of HelpNet would be useful to you, we urge to to subscribe to Helpnet-list – you can use the form at the bottom of this page. (You can also use this form to unsubscribe). Your subscription request will need to be approved by the list administrator, and you may hear from her/him to make sure that you fit the criteria for list membership. List messages are archived on this Web site and are open to everyone – just follow the List Archives links. If you want help in using the Helpnet list, or more information on mailing lists in general, take a look at the Mailing List FAQ's. (Of course, you can also send any questions you have to the list itself.)
